Ladies... Give your gym the boot and join EPIC BOOT CAMP for a unique, outdoor fitness experience. This women's only fitness class offers:

*work out instruction

*dietary information

* a plethora of motivation

An array of exciting activities will help you reach your fitness goal--whatever it may be. From jumping into a new fitness plan, gearing up for your big day, dropping pregnancy weight, or just toning up, Epic Boot Camp will help you meet your goals.

Classes are offered Monday through Friday at 5:30 am as well as Monday through Thursday at 6:30 pm outdoors at Palmer Park. Sessions are 4 weeks long and each class is one hour. No 2 classes are the same and you WILL be challenged at YOUR own fitness level. No-one is too fit or too out of shape to get great results from this Boot Camp experience. Up to 3 days per week is $199, up to 5 days per week is $299.

Spend the day at Baltimore Harbor, a family destination with something for everyone. Our luxury motor coach will drop you off right at the harbor. Wednesday, July1st New York on your own

Spend a day in NYC and leave the drivin to us! Travel inexpensively, see new sights and experience new adventures! Our luxury coach will drop off travelers in Times Spuare near the Visitor's Center where 1/2 price tickets are available to both on and off Broadway shows. Take advantage of the bargained price and design your very own itinerary for a day in the Big Apple.

Friday, July 24th Phillies Game

Spend a Friday night watching the World Champion Philadelphia Phillies at Citizen's Bank Park. Our tickets for the 7:05 game include a $10.00 concession credit and are located in Section 242.

Saturday, August 8th Wildwood, NJ

Enjoy a free day in this family seaside resort. Spend time on the only beach in NJ where you don't need a beach tag or walking the historic Wildwood boardwalk. Your convenient drop off/ and pick up location will be at Shellenger and Ocean Avenue.

Saturday, Aug. 22nd American Music Theater

Enjoy a New York City style show featuring "Broadway's Best Music". You will listen to the classic standards of Irving Berlin and George Gershwin along with current blockbusters from Cats and Phantom of the Opera. Revisit the favorites from West Side Story to Jersey Boys and everything in between. Before the show, we will stop for lunch (on your own) at the Cracker Barrel.

Saturday, August 29th Ellis Island

Ride our comfortable motor coach to New Jersey's Liberty State Park. There your 10 minute ferry ride will take you to visit the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. Included in your tour package is the Monument Access Pass for the Statue of Liberty. Also, you will want to pick up free tickets for the 30-minute film "Island of Hope, Island of Tears" shown several times a day on Ellis Island. The ferry sails continuously between Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty giving you the freedom to plan your day as you wish.

Sunday, October 10th Ocean City, NJ

Travel with us to Ocean City for their fabulous Fall Festival. The festival includes over 400 craft booths, food vendors, entertainment, music and boardwalk table sales. Many festivities also take place on Asbury between 5th and Tabernacle while the Music Pier hosts a Seafood festival. Drop off and pick up location will be at 13th and the Boardwalk.

Saturday, October 24th New York

Spend the day in NYC and leave the driving to us!
