LEGAL NOTICE: Please be advised that the Board of Supervisors of Skippack Township (the “Board”) will meet on March 19, 2025 at 7:00 p.m., in the Skippack Township Building, 4089 Heckler Road, Skippack, PA 19474, to conduct public hearings on applications described below, and to address and act upon any other business that properly comes before the Board, at which time interested citizens of Skippack Township may attend and will be given the opportunity to be heard.
HTC Associates, LLC requests a Conditional Use pursuant to Skippack Township Zoning Ordinance (the “Ordinance”) §200-21.C(2) to allow two, 3-story buildings with a maximum of 48 dwelling units, within the ITND-Integrated Traditional Neighborhood Development District at real property referred to as Biltmore Estates Lot 140, more specifically designated as Montgomery County Parcel 51-00-02908-37-2.
