We have received some questions from residents regarding the property at Skippack Pike and Cressman Road, so we wanted to share some information to clear up any uncertainty. At the Board of Supervisors meeting on September 11, Pulte Homes presented a concept for multiple parcels that span from Bridge Road (Route 113) to Cressman Road and up to Skippack Pike (Route 73).
 
Pulte Homes asked to present this concept to the Board of Supervisors, and the Board asked that they do it at a public meeting for full transparency and to gather feedback from the community. The land is not zoned for what was presented, there has been no land development application submitted, and at no time was there an intent to make a decision. During the meeting, the Board and public shared their questions and concerns with the developer and their team.
