The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) will begin road work on Cross Road starting today, June 9, with milling scheduled through June 10.
On June 10, crews will also begin base repairs and make necessary adjustments to casting along the road.
Paving is set to begin on June 16 and may continue through June 20. During this period, Cross Road will remain open; however, drivers should expect single-lane traffic in active work zones, managed by flaggers.
Motorists are advised to allow extra travel time and proceed with caution. All scheduled work is weather-dependent.
