Payment Cycle

The Skippack Township Finance Department generally processes payments for approved invoices on a monthly basis. Payments are issued only after approval by the Board of Supervisors at its regularly scheduled monthly meeting. If you have questions regarding the status of an invoice, please first contact the Township department or individual who procured the goods or requested the services, as they can provide the most current information regarding the approval process.

Please submit all invoices to invoices@skippacktownship.org.

Skippack Township is a tax-exempt organization. Please do not include sales tax on invoices submitted to the Township.
