Year after year, David Markel, resident of Skippack and owner of MDI Management, has financially provided entertainment and fun to the entire Skippack community on the 4th of July. The annual 4th of July Parade through Skippack Village is like none other, with its hometown Americana atmosphere and crowded sidewalks of people dressed in their red, white and blue to watch and cheer on the many parade participants, from Dave's renowned antique car collections, to local organizations, businesses and groups. Dave's contributions do not end with the parade. The fantastic fireworks display at Palmer Park is also a hometown favorite and appreciated by all the community.
Dave, we can't thank you enough for all that you have done for the Skippack community.
