Please be aware that milling and paving will be taking place in the next two weeks as part of our Skippack Trail Improvement project. Work will begin with milling on Monday, August 5 at the Perkiomen Creek Road trail and continue throughout the week with milling in Palmer Park. Paving will take place the following week, beginning on August 12.
The Palmer Park trail areas being milled and paved include the path from the Heckler Road parking lot, through the trees, leading up to the basketball and tennis courts, the area of baseball field #2, and the trail connecting the Palmer Park parking lot to the park. Work will also take place on the Creamery Road trail from Cholet pond to Mensch Road.
Caution tape will be put up while work is being done, but we advise that you do not use these trails during this time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
