Skippack Township is governed by a five-member elected Board of Supervisors. As described in the Second Class Township Code, the Board of Supervisors is charged with the general governance of the Township and the execution of legislative, executive, and administrative powers in order to ensure sound fiscal management and to secure the health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of the Township.
Karen Lynch
Karen Lynch, a resident of Skippack for over 25 years, has strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills honed by a 34 - year career with Energizer in sales, marketing, and global business development. Karen is very excited to bring her business background and energy to the role of Township Supervisor.

Marian Ellis
Vice Chair
Marian Ellis had a 43-year career with Merck & Co, Inc., the majority of which was spent in Compliance. She is a responsible and ethical proven leader. Marian managed multiple employees while overseeing budgets and employee development. Marian is a 6-year resident of Skippack and very active in her community. She currently serves on the Advisory Board of a local charity, Caring Hearts Close to Home. Marian is very excited to serve on the Skippack Township Board of Supervisors. She is a great listener and problem solver and will bring all of her work-life skills to address the needs of the community.
Barbara McGinnis
I have been blessed to call Skippack my home for the last 36 years. Through those years I have established and built my business at Three Diamonds Stable and saw changes to areas of our community. This was one of the reasons I ran for Supervisor, to continue to keep the charm and history of Skippack balanced with new ideas. I'm proud that my colleagues and I have accomplished that and will continue to do so for the community.
Bob Rau
Bob has been a Skippack Township resident for over 10 years and brings extensive municipal and public service experience. He previously served Towamencin Township as a Supervisor for six years, including four years as Chairman of the Board.
Bob has dedicated 35 years to the Towamencin Fire Company and previously served with the Glenside Fire Company for 10 years. His leadership roles include First Assistant Chief, Treasurer, and President in both Fire Company and Relief Association administrations. In his free time, Bob enjoys visiting his children in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Tahoe, California.
Justin Glennon
Justin has called Skippack Township home for more than 36 years and is proud to serve as a Township Supervisor. He is committed to preserving Skippack’s unique character while helping guide the community into the future.
A Temple University graduate with a degree in audio-video engineering, Justin has built a successful career in audiovisual communications and digital signage business development, working with leading national companies and earning recognition for innovation and professionalism.
Justin values resident input and responsible community stewardship. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, playing softball, and writing music.
